There are some things you can do prior to your wedding day to really help your photo and video vendors capture the best content of all the little details. Super common are flat lays of things like rings, shoes, jewelry, perfumes, garter, ties, veil, vow books, to name a few. Your photo and video vendors will probably want to capture these when there’s a little bit of downtime during bridal prep. Also when scheduling you'll want to find a little bit of time before the guests enter an area to allow your vendors to capture it! This includes the ceremony location & where the reception space is. Here’s what you can do to help.

Tips:

> Prior to the big day, get a plastic bin. Something around shoe boxed size is great. You can put all the items for the flatlay of details into the box and label it with a marker. That morning all you need to do it bring the bin, and hand it over to your photo and video vendors to let them work their magic 🤩.

> There should be a separate bin for the bride and groom if getting ready at separate locations. This way when done each box doesn’t need to be sorted out and brought back to the respective.

> Set aside time before guests are allowed into the location for your vendors to capture it all. Include this on the timeline
